加拿大「牛奶金」(正式名稱為加拿大兒童福利金 Canada Child Benefit, 簡稱 CCB)是由加拿大稅務局(CRA)發放的免稅每月補助,用以減輕家庭撫養 18 歲以下子女的負擔。
申請人與孩子須同時符合以下所有條件:
同住與年齡:孩子未滿 18 歲,且與您一同居住。
主要照顧者:您是主要負責孩子日常生活與撫養的人。
稅局(CRA)預設母親為主要照顧者。若由父親或同性伴侶申請,需檢附由另一半簽署的聲明信。
稅務居民身份:申請人需為加拿大稅務居民。
身份類別(申請人或配偶需符合下列任一):
加拿大公民或永久居民(PR)。
公認的受庇護人士(Protected Person)。
臨時居民(工簽 / 學簽):在加拿大已連續居住滿 18 個月,且第 19 個月仍持有有效許可證。
1. 父母子女的姓名、SIN#
2. 地址電話
3. 父母子女的加拿大護照 或是 PR卡 或是 他國護照+簽證
4. 移入加拿大的日期
5. 父母的婚姻狀況以及結婚日期
6. 父母雙方 移入加拿大之前 那幾個月的收入、過去兩年的收入
7. 居住證明文件 至少三種
地稅帳單、房屋貸款帳單、租約、水電瓦斯手機帳單、銀行信用卡帳單、保險單、駕照 等
8. 小孩照顧證明 至少三種
托兒所或學校註冊證明或是信件、學校成績單、才藝班運動班註冊繳費單、法院認證分居協議子女照顧部分、第三方宣誓書
Canada's "Milk Money" (officially named the Canada Child Benefit, or CCB) is a tax-free monthly subsidy issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to help lighten the financial burden of raising children under 18.
Both the applicant and the child must meet all of the following conditions:
Cohabitation & Age: The child must be under 18 years old and living with you.
Primary Caregiver: You must be the person primarily responsible for the child's daily care and upbringing.
The CRA presumes the mother to be the primary caregiver by default. If a father or same-sex partner applies, a signed declaration letter from the other parent must be provided.
Tax Residency: The applicant must be a Canadian resident for tax purposes.
Status Requirement (The applicant or their spouse/common-law partner must meet at least one of the following):
Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
Protected Person.
Temporary Resident (Work Permit / Study Permit): Must have resided in Canada continuously for at least 18 months, and hold a valid permit in the 19th month.
1. Personal Details: Names and Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) of parents and children.
2. Contact Information: Current address and phone number.
3. Proof of Status: Canadian passports, PR cards, OR foreign passports with valid permits/visas for parents and children.
4. Entry Date: The exact date you landed/moved to Canada.
5. Marital Status: Current marital status and the date of marriage (or common-law relationship).
6. Income Records:
World income for the months of the current year prior to moving to Canada.
World income for the previous two tax years.
7. Proof of Canadian Residency (At least 3 of the following):
Property tax bill, mortgage statement, lease/rental agreement, utility bills (electricity, water, gas, cell phone), bank or credit card statements, insurance policies, driver's license, etc.
8. Proof of Child Care/Custody (At least 3 of the following):
Daycare or school registration/enrollment letters, school report cards, tuition/registration receipts for extracurricular/sports activities, court-certified separation agreements (child care section), or a sworn affidavit from a third party
